DOCUMENT COLLECTION

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The HABVISA Office collects the original documents as per the requirement and visa category. The following documents are taken in original to process visa.

  • Saudi Arabian Visa Application Form
  • Passport
  • Photograph
  • Letter of Authorization
  • Official Invitation from Saudi Arabia
  • Business Letter
  • Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Certificate etc.
  • Medical Fitness Report from GCC approved medical centre

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION IN SAUDI EMBASSY/CONSULATE

HABVISA submits the passport along with attested documents and medical reports to the Saudi Embassy in Delhi or Saudi Consulate in Mumbai for the stamping of relevant visa on the passport. The days are specified for the submission of documents in the Embassy/Consulate and for the delivery of stamped passport etc.
